What are dos and dont’s of first dates in Washington, D.C.?

I’m not the best person to answer since I’ve been on a couple of dates in the past few years, but here’s the general rule of dating according to my psychic friend, Shawn Spencer:

Treat a woman like a person,
then a princess,
then a Greek goddess,
then a person again.

In the D.C. area, don’t go to SE or Prince George’s County. Take a nice walk at the Mall and the Tidal Basin (spring is a must with the cherry blossoms). Have a nice dinner at Georgetown, Chinatown, or Eastern Market. Go catch a movie take cooking class, go to art exhibit. I would recommend going to the Verizon Center, but they have the Kiss Cam, so that might be awkward. During or at the end of the date, if the person is a Pittsburgh Penguin, Philadelphia Phillies, Dallas Cowboys or a Tea Party fan…dump him/her and let them pay for the date. If it is anyone else and there is no chemistry, split the bill.

For a better result on your first date, go to http://fiftyfirstjdates.com/. Although these are Jewish first dates, it works for any religion, including atheists, but I don’t know it works for satanists. So for them…you’re kind of screwed.
